Southern New Hampshire Health has transitioned from offering the eCare patient portals to SolutionHealth MyChart. This transition is part of a substantial upgrade to our medical records system to Epic. SolutionHealth MyChart consolidates your medical history into one record available across Southern New Hampshire Health and Elliot Health System.
In addition to the SNHU International Medical Record Form, physical exam and 2 MMR vaccination dates International students must also submit a tuberculosis screening exam, i.e. PPD (tuberculin skin test) or chest x-ray report within six months prior to arrival at the University.
