The printed Patient Portal instructions you received from Sleep Insights show an initial password with hyphens to enter the first time you log onto the portal. However, when entering your initial password, do NOT enter any hyphens—just the numbers/letters.

How does a Sofha sleep test work?

A painless process, the studies are conducted by a licensed sleep technologist and involve attaching electrodes to the patient that record the amount and quality of the patient’s sleep. The recording techniques are noninvasive, and all electrodes are applied to the surface of the skin. During the study, various types of data are being collected, such as measurements of brain waves, heart rate, oxygen level, muscle activity, breathing pattern and other activities. Test results are reviewed by sleep physicians certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM).
