Why choose skin Wellness Center for Botox?

Mar 01, 2019 · Skin Wellness Center had adopted a no-show policy effective July 17, 2019. We will now charge $25 for each missed “no-show” appointment, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. This policy applies to new and established patients and will be charged directly to the patient/guarantor, NOT to the insurance.

What to expect when you arrive for your appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete our new patient paperwork. If possible, we request completing our online Patient Forms prior to your appointment to expedite the check-in process. These forms are required to be updated yearly.
