St. James Parish Hospital, ER and clinics offer a secure web-based Patient Portal through Cerner Health. Our upgraded EHR solution utilizes one platform for all patient records.
Ascension St. John Patient Portal is a secure tool that keeps you in charge of your health and connected and engaged with your physician and care team. Using this convenient platform, you can:
Once enrolled, you can visit sjph.iqhealth.com to log in to view test results, book appointments (in-person and virtual visits), message clinic staff, request refills and pay bills. Your patient portal is also accessible via Cerner’s HealtheLife app. Simply download the app and log in using your username and password.
HOW DO I REGISTER? Approximately five business days after your test, we will send a link to the email you verified on the day of your testing. When you click on the link, you will be taken to our SJRA Patient Portal and prompted to create a password.
You can access your online portal on your mobile device, keeping you connected to your health information wherever you go! Download the HealtheLife app and stay informed, stay educated, and take a more active role in your health. The mobile app also provides easy and secure access for your video visits.
You can access your medical information from visits to St. John’s Health prior to October 22, 2018 through the legacy portal links below or request your medical records.
Diagnostic images, such X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, are not available on the portal, although the interpretive reports are. For help accessing these types of records or any other records you can’t find on your portal, contact Health Information Management .
St. John's Health posts your test results in your portal within hours of being finalized. This means you may be seeing your results before your provider has reviewed them.
The new portal provides access to your single electronic medical record for all services received at St. John’s Health and St. John’s Physician Practices (after October 22, 2018). Now all of your information from the hospital and St. John’s Physician Practices are available in one place.
During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your email address and select a security question and answer. Then we will email you an invitation with a secure link to complete the enrollment.
St. John's Physician Practices is a medical group comprised of the following clinics and their providers:
