When you first use the MyLinks application, you will be redirected to sign up for a Google account, unless you already have one. The username and password you choose will be the security component for your health information and make it possible for you to access and import it.

My Health Records and My Care Connection are owned and operated by Saint Joseph Health System and Cerner Corporation. They are fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by My Health Records or My Care Connection.

St. Joseph's/Candler recently upgraded the iConnect patient portal to give you a better experience. The new platform has all the secure features that you've come to use in iConnect and allows us to add even more options in the future to make access to your medical information even easier.
iConnect is for hospital-based services. If you are looking for the SJ/C Physician Network (formerly Medical Group) portal, that hasn't changed.
