Is SIU a minor?

SIU is committed to the privacy of its patients. In the state of Illinois anyone over the age of 12 has protected minor status, which means they have the right to privacy, even as a dependent. For this reason, SIU is not providing online portal accounts for children between the ages of 12-17.

Not signed up yet?

If you’re not already signed up for an SIU patient portal and are 18 years of age or older, you can either stop by your provider's office or request a new account . If you are a Springfield Clinic or Memorial Physicians Services patient portal user, you can use the same portal account and add SIU Medicine as a connected organization.
