Insurance

We accept most private insurance plans and we accept Simply Healthcare and Humana under Florida Medicaid. We also accept both plans under Florida Healthy Kids. We do not currently accept Sunshine Medicaid, Staywell Medicaid, nor Children's Medical Services (CMS).

Appointments

In order to minimize waiting time, patients are seen by appointment only. Emergencies, of course, will be worked into the schedule as needed. When you call for an appointment, you will be asked the nature of the visit. This information is important to determine the length of the visit and to minimize the patient's waiting time.

Medication Refills

The quickest and easiest way to obtain a refill of medicine is to call your pharmacy and have them request authorization from our office. Certain restricted drugs such as Ritalin require a new handwritten prescription and cannot be renewed by phone.

Billing

We believe our fees are reasonable for our specialty and for the Pensacola area. They vary according to the complexity of your problem and the place where care is rendered (hospital, office or emergency room). Charges also vary for new versus established patients.
