So that your test date goes smoothly, please remember to: 1 Bring a written physician’s order for the test (this is necessary for all lab work). 2 Bring eyeglasses with you to complete paperwork if necessary. 3 Bring your health insurance card with you so we can create a copy on file. 4 Be prepared to provide a urine sample if your physician has ordered one. 5 Wear loose-fitting or short-sleeved clothing (you may bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures are cooler in labs).

You Can Easily Pay Your Bill Online

First select the service you need to pay a bill for below. There are three options. Simply click the "Pay Online" button for your service type and follow the instructions from there. This is a secure service provided for your convenience.

How Can I Set Up A Payment Plan?

BayCare offers customized payment plans through MedMaxFinance. These payment plans are interest free for the first six months and then offer a low interest rates until your bill is paid.

Step 2 - Create Account

Open the BayCareAnywhere app and enter your basic information (name, gender, email address, date of birth, etc.). You don’t need to enter insurance or credit card information.

Step 3 - Terms and Conditions

Click “I agree to these Terms of Use,” and then press the green “Continue” button.

Step 4 - Complete Registration

You’ll likely then see a screen for the Immediate Care practice. DON’T click on the “Get Started” button. You’ve completed your BayCareAnywhere registration. No other information is required for your scheduled telemedicine appointment with your BayCare Medical Group doctor.
