How can I access my child’s or other family member’s health information? If you are interested in MyHealthHome access for your child (ren) or an adult for whom you are legally responsible and that individual is a patient, you will need to request access via the instructions here for information on how to grant access to a designated caregiver/guardian..

Will my portal information be secure? Yes. MyHealthHome uses a secure, encrypted connection and all health data is stored on a secure server. Personal and medical information in the MyHealthHome portal remains confidential. Only you – and those you authorize – are able to see or gain access to the information in your portal.

CHAD HILL, M.D

Chad Hill, M.D. moved to Siloam Springs in 1998 to start his medical practice serving the healthcare needs of women in the community and in the surrounding area. Dr. Hill is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Mary Kathleen Marquette, M.D

Mary Kathleen Marquette, M.D. will join Dr. Hill in July 2021. Dr. Marquette obtained her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and completed her OB/GYN residency at East Tennessee State University.
