Internal Medicine & Primary Care Physician

Choosing the right primary care doctor for you and your family is an important decision. After all, your provider is your partner in long-term health. You want your doctor to be knowledgeable and experienced, while still making you feel comfortable.

Appointments

We are currently accepting new patients. Please call us at 626-355-3443 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible.

Insurance

We accept most major health insurance plans. Please familiarize yourself with your insurance plan, paying close attention to co-pays, referral requirements, emergency care, participating hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic imaging facilities.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).
