Dr. Mokulis graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1985. He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1989. He earned his urology degree at Wilford Hall US Air Force Medical Center in 1996.
