Primary care physicians offer ongoing, comprehensive healthcare for all ages. Our healthcare provider offer preventive healthcare for the whole family, treat common illnesses and injuries, and help coordinate patient medical care from checkups and immunizations to X-rays and hospital admissions.

Children under the age of 18 cannot create an account for themselves; however, children 0-11 years of age can be added to a parent or guardian’s account. No health information is sent by email. When a message is sent from your health care team, you will receive an email stating you have a new message from Shasta Community Health Center and you will need to log in to Shasta Health Connect to view it.
