Sharp Account is one account for everything Sharp, including your access to Sharp's patient portal, FollowMyHealth. Use Sharp Account to pay bills online, manage class and event registrations, update your email newsletter subscriptions and access FollowMyHealth — all from one account. FollowMyHealth is a patient portal owned and operated by Allscripts, Inc., and provided by Sharp as a service for patients. Do I need a Sharp Account if I have FollowMyHealth?

FollowMyHealth is a patient portal owned and operated by Allscripts, Inc., through which Sharp patients can email doctors, schedule appointments and view test results. However, Sharp Account offers access to additional features, like viewing your statements and paying bills and checking in early for your appointment.

Do I need to remember two separate accounts and passwords?

We make it easy to connect your Sharp Account to your FollowMyHealth account so you only need to log in at one location. You can connect the two accounts and use Sharp Account to access everything — meaning you only need to remember one email address and password.

What other apps can I use to manage my health care online?

While we recommend and provide support for Sharp Account and FollowMyHealth, you may also choose to use a third-party application like Apple Health to access your Sharp health information. Learn more.
