What is Shannon MyChart?

Shannon MyChart Medical Record Access is an Internet application that enables a patient to have secure web-based access to portions of their Shannon medical record, and allows a secure, convenient communications channel with Shannon for non-urgent messages. Use of this service is optional. Your login name and password are key to protecting the confidentiality of your information. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. It is only known by you and can be changed online at any time by you. Your password is not known by anyone at Shannon.

What are some examples of inappropriate use of Shannon MyChart?

How long does it take to get a Shannon Health records?

A medically indigent patient is a person whose medical and hospital bills exceed 200 percent of the person's annual gross income.

How often do you get a guarantor for a hospital bill?

Guarantors are the people responsible for paying the hospital bills. Bills for all accounts will be sent to the guarantor every 30 days. If you are receiving more than one statement, please call 325.657.5307 so we can assign all of your accounts to one guarantor number. Medicare patients.

How many installments for outpatient testing?

Bills for outpatient testing and same-day surgery may be paid in six monthly installments. Inpatient bills may be paid in 12 payments. Please contact a patient representative at 325.657.5307 to help you fill out a financial statement if these schedules will not work for you.
