Is Shady Grove Annapolis good?

Overall it’s been a pretty positive experience with Shady Grove Annapolis. The front desk staff are always friendly and organized, and scheduled appointments with physicians are (mostly) on schedule. The wait times for monitoring appointments can vary anywhere from 15-45 minutes before being seen). I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment and the staff has always been accommodating when they could be. By far the worst part of the process so far has been the financial aspect as the Annapolis office doesn’t have a financial coordinator on site. You spend a lot of time playing phone tag and trying to reach the single financial coordinator assigned to patients in Annapolis, Towson, and Rockville. When you are able to get through they almost never have the answers to your questions and almost always need to get back to you.
