Office Visit

Our office hours are 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm on Friday, with urgent care available Saturday 9:00am-noon on Saturday.

Appointments

We make every effort to respect your valuable time. As such office visits are arranged by appointments. On occasion emergencies or unexpected circumstances may cause delays beyond our control. We ask for your patience and understanding in these situations.

Prescription Refills

We request a 48 hours notice for medication refills. This allows us ample time to review your health record to ensure that your refill is accurately and appropriately completed.

Fees & Insurance

Payment of the fees associated with your visit is expected at the time of service. Please bring all applicable insurance information, your social security number and drivers license for proper identification.
