How long does travel medical coverage last?

Extending Your Travel Medical Coverage. If you initially buy less than 364 days of coverage, you may buy additional time, to a total of 364 days. Your original effective date is used to calculate your deductible and coinsurance and to determine pre-existing conditions and if maximum coverage amounts have been reached.

What does URC mean in insurance?

URC means Usual, Reasonable, and Customary. It is the maximum amount we will pay for covered expenses based on several factors. See the definition in the plan document for more details.

Does travel insurance cover pre-existing conditions?
