Dr. Harper began his career with a B.S. in Psychology from Georgetown University in 1987 followed by a M.A. in Psychology from San Jose State University in 1990. He earned his M.D. from the University of Louisville in 1995 and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

David C. White, MD

Dr. White began his career with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Louisville and practiced as a CPA before his medical career. He earned his M.D. from the University of Louisville in 1997 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as President of his medical school class.

Courtney Byel, Nurse Practitioner Specialist

Courtney Byel, ARNP, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University in 2005 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville in 2012.

Tonya Clayton, Office Manager
