Due to the many services provided throughout Southeast Georgia Health System, medical records information is not provided via the patient portal for patients 12 to 17 years of age. Medical records for these patients are available through the Medical Records department on the Brunswick or Camden campus.
Once you complete the account set-up and create a user name and password, you can log in to our patient portal anywhere you have access to the Internet — at home, work, school, the library, etc. You will also be offered access to our patient portal during your hospital registration or your next visit to your physician’s office.*
If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way. If you move back to a non-MHS GENESIS location, you’ll resume use of the TOL Secure Patient Portal for all secure actions (appointing, viewing health data, prescription refills, secure messaging). Parents and legal guardians of children ages 0-12 may sign up for a MyHealth account to access their child’s limited health record. Patients can update personal information through MyHealth. If Patient Registration needs more information, they will send a secure message. A MyHealth account is not required.
A MyHealth account is not required. MyHealth is voluntary. Patients are never required to register for an account. For questions about your personal medical record or to request a complete copy, please call your local SEARHC clinic.
