Competent and compassionate

I found both PA Pepin and Dr. Politi to be both competent and compassionate. Not the people to see if you want an "instant fix" but very current on literature, research, etc for more permanent, healthy approaches.

Two Stars

Dr. Politi was very kind and I appreciate his time. Unfortunately, I saw his PA, Liz Peppin. I spent most of my time with her. I felt VERY I comfortable around her.

Unprofessional, poorly organized, poor bedside manners, untrustworthy

My regular neurologist had sent me to Politi because my doctor didn't perform the outpatient procedure that I needed. When I went for my appointment I had to wait for over 2.5 hours before I saw the doctor only to find out that he won't be performing the procedure because they hadn't processed any of my insurance paperwork.
