Where is Preston from Dermatology?

Preston joined our Northwest Dermatology team in February of 2012. He grew up in Mount Vernon and received his undergraduate degree from Carroll College in Montana. After living in Italy for two years, Preston returned to the Seattle area and completed his medical education at the University of Washington, MEDEX Northwest physician assistant program. His clinical experience includes five years of family practice in Othello, Washington. Preston enjoys finding effective and maintainable solutions for his patients. He is currently a member of Washington Association of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Physician Assistants. He is currently seeing patients at our Edmonds location.

Who is Sade Barrington?

Sade Barrington, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience, with 5 years specializing in cosmetics. She began her career in healthcare as a combat medic and soon after, a licensed practical nurse in the United States Army, completing her time in service as a Mother Baby nurse at Fort Lewis, WA. She attended the University of Oklahoma’s LPN-BSN career mobility program and returned to Washington with a new sense of direction. She found her passion in aesthetics, dedicating the next 5 years to cosmetic surgery: working clinic side, OR, and post anesthesia care. Reaching for the next step in her career, she attended the University of Miami, completing her Master of Science in Nursing degree and graduating Sigma Theta Tau.#N#Sade trained under Dr. Kean Lawlor in medical Dermatology and Dr. Jennifer Reichel in medical and cosmetic dermatology allowing her to provide a wide array of services from cancer screenings, laser treatments and cosmetic injectables. As a Nurse Practitioner she is able to provide treatments for dermatologic conditions including prescription and surgical therapies, ordering and interpreting lab tests and performing numerous cosmetic procedures.

Who is Jennifer Hall?

Jennifer Hall is a Certified Dermatology Physician Assistant who treats patients of all ages with psoriasis, skin cancers, acne, and other dermatological conditions. Jennifer graduated from Butler University/Clarion Health and spent the first 5 years of her Physician Assistant career in primary and urgent care in Texas. In 2004 she transitioned to dermatology and was trained by a Mohs surgeon to perform excisions and surgical closures, in addition to cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, and laser treatments. She practiced dermatology in San Diego, California for 3 years, Ormond Beach, Florida for 4 years, and most recently ran a busy dermatology clinic near Nashville, Tennessee for 5 1/2 years. She relocated to Mercer Island and joined Island Dermatology in October 2016. She is an active member of the National Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. In 2009 Jennifer earned an MBA from the University of Florida, graduating with honors, Beta Gama Sigma. In her spare time she loves to run, travel, and spend time with her daughter, husband, and golden retriever.

Who is Elsa from Northwest Dermatology?

Elsa joined our Northwest Dermatology team in April, 2005. She completed her aesthetic training at Greenwood Academy of Skin in 2004. Elsa is certified and trained in laser therapy, various chemical peels and product lines. She specializes in adolescent and adult acne as well as anti-aging, skin resurfacing, facial rejuvenation and laser hair reduction. Prior to joining the aesthetic world Elsa worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the health care industry for 12 years. The combination of both careers has allowed her to provide a holistic approach to healthy skin as well as assisting clients in accomplishing their goals. Elsa is passionate about helping clients achieve vibrant, healthy skin and empowering people with the knowledge and the tools they need.
