An approved application will cover balances from the date of approval up to 6 months, unless patient/guarantors financial situation changes significantly.
However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance your account will be subject to a thirty-five dollar ($35) fee; this fee will not be covered by your insurance company.
After Hours: Emergencies after normal business hours will usually be handled at the Gritman Medical Center emergency room. However, if the emergency room facilities are not necessary, we can sometimes arrange to meet you at Moscow Medical for emergency care at times when the clinic is not open.
