How do I access my reports and images from my appointment?

Access your reports and images online! Schedule your appointment online. View reports sent from the radiologist to your referring provider. View your exam images captured during your visit. Download your medical information. Create a new account to see your complete exam history. Use your Portal Pass iCode provided during your visit.

How far in advance do you have to notify the hospital of an appointment?

If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance (For Monday appointments, please call by 12 noon the previous Friday) that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. If you will be unavoidably late for your appointment, please call and let us know.

What time does the HIPAA office open?

Office Hours and Appointments. Our offices and telephones are open Monday thru Thursday hours are 8am to 5pm, and Friday 8am to 12:00pm. Lunches are taken from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

Does Scottsdale Medical Center control incoming messages?
