How to request a refill on a prescription?

To request a refill, click the check box next to the medication and then click the Request Refills button.

Where is the check mark on my name?

If you log in to your Patient Portal and click the Family tab, you will see your name at the top of the tab, and there will be a check mark to the right of your name.

Where is the sender's name on the patient portal?

When a new message or health record is sent to your Patient Portal, the sender’s name will be listed in the My Notifications section on the Home tab.

Can I schedule an appointment online?

If your provider allows online scheduling, an Appointments Tab will be displayed. On the Appointments tab, you can schedule an appointment for a specific date and time - or you can request the first available appointment or an appointment within a particular timeframe. You can also view upcoming and past appointments.

Our medical team will perform and order what you need and communicate everything to your surgeon seamlessly. EKG is on site for your convenience, and same day x-rays are right down the street.

WELL WOMEN SERVICES

Screening exams are necessary but comfort is everything. Our female providers understand your concerns, are highly skilled at putting you at ease so you can get through the exam and answer all your questions.
