Dana grew up in Tuscaloosa, AL, and attended the University of Alabama, where she received her bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2000. She later went on to get her master's degree from Georgia State University in 2004. Throughout the years, Dana has worked in various capacities of counseling, including Bi-lingual counseling.
Dr. Nasser Samuy attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He trained in Family Medicine at Clarion Hospital in Clarion, Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, Alabama Osteopathic Medical Association, and American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Jessica is a native of New Brockton, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University in 2007. She found a passion for pediatrics after working as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Jessica’s pre-graduate focuses include newborns, pediatrics, and women’s health.
Mark Choquette attended the Physician Assistant Program at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Alabama Society of Physician Assistants.
Jamie Johnson is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. Jamie is a 2003 graduate of Kinston High School. He attended Lurleen B. Wallace in Opp, AL where he received his associates degree in Nursing in 2008. He then attended Jacksonville State Community College where he received his bachelors degree in Nursing 2014. He worked at Wiregrass Medical Center in Geneva as a Registered Nurse in the ER and ICU for over 10 years as a staff nurse and in nursing administration. Jamie completed his masters degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner track at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 2018. Jamie joined Dr. Arnold's practice in 2018. He and his wife Tori have two children, Brayden and Wyatt. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys playing guitar and following college football. Jamie is excited to join SARHA's Geneva Family Health Center and continue providing quality health care to the residents of Geneva and the surrounding area.
She currently divides her time between SARHA Doctors Center and Dozier Family Health Center. She is certified with both the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of Nurse Practitioner Alliance Alabama, Wiregrass Nurse Practitioner Organization, American Nurses Association, Alabama Nurses Association, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She lives in Brantley with her son Wade.
