How do I contact family medicine and acute care of Sandhills?

I'm a new patient. For less time in the waiting room, fill out your new patient forms before your appointment. Get the forms. I need to refill a prescription. Call and leave a message with your name, birth date, prescription and strength, pharmacy name and number and your doctor's name. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your request.

What time does Lexington Medical Center open?

The Urgent Care in our building is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you need emergency help after hours, go directly to the Lexington Medical Center Emergency Department for treatment.

Do you have to see your provider before you can refill your medication?

You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail order pharmacies — you must make the request for these refills.
