How do I verify my identity to access the patient portal?

Sam Rodgers partners with LabCorp to have highly experienced lab technicians located at our clinics so your labs can be done on-site. We have the ability to do immediate priority labs for our patients, and your results will upload to your patient portal for your convenience. Most laboratory tests check a sample of your blood, urine or body tissues.

Supporting and treating the whole patient

We have behavioral health consultants who work alongside our medical providers and can assess patients for depression, substance abuse, and other goals to better their health.

Telehealth

Telehealth visits are a great option to meet with a Sam Rodgers provider from the comfort of your own home. However, not all medical needs can be addressed during a telehealth visit. We use a technology called Doxy.Me for our telehealth visits.
