Some of the health care professionals performing services are independent contractors and are not Salveo employees or agents, including those providing services in our private practice and outside agencies. As such, independent contractors and practitioners are separate individuals who are responsible for their own actions.

New Patients

We welcome new patients to our practice. If a provider's schedule is full, we will have place you on a waiting list to be contacted as soon as a spot is open. Walk-in appointments are also available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-3pm at our Lawrenceville Location. How do I become a new patient?

Cancellations

In order to accommodate all patients and respect our MD and Therapists ' time, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. If 24 hours notice is not provided, there will be a $35 same-day cancellation fee applied. No-show appointments have a $75 fee applied.

What to Bring

To speed up the process, please bring your completed form (although paperwork is also available upon arrival). Please bring your current insurance card, photo ID and payment for co-insurance, co-payment or deductibles. We look forward to seeing you soon!
