When did Shore Medical Center open a new patient portal?

Shore Medical Center launched a new patient portal on August 28, 2018. If you have not yet done so, you will need to sign up for the new portal in order to view their Shore Medical Center records online at your convenience. The portal that was being accessed prior to August 28, 2018 is no longer in use.

Patient Gateway is a secure and convenient online tool that allows patients to request appointments, request refills on prescriptions, review test results, get insurance referrals, and more.

If you are not on Patient Gateway

To get a prescription refill or to get a referral to a specialist, you may call our offices. Please allow 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends for requests to be processed.

Questions for your physician

During normal business hours you may call the office and leave a message for your physician. Either your physician or your physician's medical assistant will return your call.
