When does parental access change?

Parental access is changed just before the child’s 13th birthday. When a child turns 13, they are offered their own MyChart and the parent will revert to admin only access automatically. The teen can sign a consent to allow the parent to continue to see full clinical access in special circumstances.

How to view CCD documents?

There you would click on Document Center tab. Once in the Document Center you would click on Visit Records, choose the appropriate visit on the left side, click on it and see the CCD. There you can view, download, and print your CCD documents. Return to Top.

A CCD provides a snapshot in time of specific medical information that can be exported to another medical record system.

Can I have another adult access to my RWJBarnabas account?

Yes, any patient age 18 or older can give “proxy” access to another adult. You must each have your own RWJBarnabas Health MyChart account. Within the RWJBarnabas Health MyChart account is an option to ‘Invite’ another adult to view your account.
