How long does it take for a pharmacy to process a refill request?

Please remember to allow 48-72 hours for the practice to process your refill request. You can also notify the practice of medications you are no longer taking or of any new medications. You can use the portal to notify the practice if you change your pharmacy.

Is Patient Portal compatible with mobile?

The Patient Portal website is compatible for use on various devices. In addition to a desktop site, a mobile site with a layout optimized for a smaller screen size is also available. The menus and screens are programmed to be easy to use on a smartphone and an icon can be placed on the Home screen for quick access.

Infected Broken Tooth

I woke up experiencing swelling and tenderness around a broken tooth area. Tried some self-care options that eased it but not enough. Called the office and had an appointment for the very next morning at 8:30. Staff and dentist explained everything and got the bad tooth out. It’s now a day later and I am very thankful they go me in so quickly.

Awesome Service! Friendly, and most of all they care

During the pandemic my tooth broke on Easter 2020 and I was in pain for three days before I gave up on my dentist. I called Community Dental. They took me right in and extracted my tooth. The mission of the Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region is to improve the health and wellness of all people in the communities we serve by providing access to excellent medical and dental primary care regardless of any financial consideration.

Our Services

We offer a full range of primary care services including wellness exams, well-child and women’s GYN exams, and chronic condition maintenance, as well as urgent care services for our established patients.

Our Staff

Our nurse practitioners or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) are able to assess, diagnose and treat patients independently of a physician.

Associates in Primary Care has been serving Rutland, Vermont since Fall of 2013. We're conveniently located at 98 Allen Street in Rutland.
