Russell Regional Hospital is excited to introduce our new Patient Portal. Our secure Patient Portal will give you the ability to access your own electronic medical record via the internet. This record will contain a listing of your visits to Russell Regional Hospital. For each visit there is a Summary of Care document.

This includes Hospital Employees, Patients, and Visitors. Russell County Hospital is looking out for the safety and welfare of Employees as well as Patients and the Community. Also, the Russell County Hospital Health Fair and Lab Draws have been cancelled. Russell County Hospital has two different Patient Portals.

How do I access the patient portal for medical records?

This record will contain a listing of your visits to Russell Regional Hospital. For each visit there is a Summary of Care document. The Summary of Care document contains a detailed breakdown of each visit.

How old do you have to be to sign up for the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal is an excellent way to access your personal medical records. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for Patient Portal. In order to get an account you must provide an email address at the time of your hospital registration. For HIPAA privacy reasons a shared email address cannot be used.

Is the Patient Portal available for hospital visits?

The Patient Portal is currently only available for hospital visits.
