Rush makes it easy to pay your bill online. We provide various options to make your payments:
With Rush’s single billing office, you will receive just one bill, which will summarize both your physician charges — inpatient and outpatient services — and hospital charges — procedures, radiological exams and lab services.
After we receive payment or denial of payment from your insurance company, we will send you a statement with your remaining balance due. On a monthly basis, we will send you a guarantor statement that summarizes all of your visits with your account balances.
Our customer service representatives are available to answer your questions about your hospital bill and payment-related concerns, including requesting a copy of your hospital bill.

Financial assistance: Rush Copley Medical Center provides financial assistance if you meet the requirements and are without health insurance or are underinsured.

If your relative has passed away, you can request copies of their medical records by completing a relative certification form, in addition to the Authorization to Release Health Information form.

This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results.
