The BayCare patient portal, myBayCare, is your personal website for connecting to online medical records. BayCare now keeps certain hospital information in a SECURE, electronic medical record so your doctors and nurses have faster and more complete access to your records while you are a patient with us.
The MyHealth Patient Portal is a website that offers personalized and secure online access to portions of your medical record. It enables you to securely use the internet to help manage and receive information about your health. MyHealth only displays patient information that occurred on or after October 30, 2016.
Visit Bayhealth.org/MyChart and click the New Users link to get started. Whenever you are scheduled for an appointment at Bayhealth, checked in for an appointment, or discharged from your hospital stay at Bayhealth, you will receive an email or SMS text message with a link to sign up for MyChart.
