Could Be Better

Management isn't understanding when it comes to work life balance. There are a lot of cliques. You seem to just sit at the same pay rate even though you're running yourself into the ground.

Pays the bills

Cliques galore. It's not what you know, it's who you know. Knowledge doesn't matter, rather how well liked you are. It pays the bills and it's close to home.

Horrible

Rothman is not about you and helping you build a career. they lie and say they wont penalize you for an error or help to fix the error. instead they fire you.

Excellent company to work for

There is a lot of structure when working for Rothman Institute. There is a set schedule and can only work your allotted 40 hours without approval for overtime. However, they provide excellent benefits, PTO, sick and holiday time off.

Great Place to Work

You feel like family when you are here. Everyone is eager to teach and learn. The atmosphere and people are excellent.The training is intense but the quality of employment is worth the reward.
