Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. You can also find our providers staffing Doctors Without Delay, a walk in clinic at Rooks County Health Center, open 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday.

How does RCH work?

Each time you receive services from the hospital, RCH requests your insurance card for proper claim submission to your insurance provider. After your insurance carrier has paid its portion of your bill, RCH sends you a summarized bill asking for the remaining balance not covered by insurance. If you pay this balance in full within 30 days of the statement date, you will receive a 25% discount as indicated on the bill. If you prefer to pay monthly on the account balance versus paying it in full, call 785-688-4412 to make payment arrangements.

Does RCH have a counselor?

RCH’s Certified Application Counselor offers full-service assistance to complete your application. Application results are immediate and no one will be denied coverage based on pre-existing conditions. Your income will determine if you qualify for premium tax credits and savings on out-of-pocket costs. With these budgetary items known, you can now pick your plan. (See example.)
