What is multicare Rockwood?

MultiCare Rockwood Clinic provides comprehensive primary care for children and adult patients. Our internal medicine providers, also known as internists, offer comprehensive care for adults, from age 18 through the end of life. Our family physicians treat acute and chronic illnesses and provide preventive care and health education for patients of all ages.

What is an anticoagulation center?

Anticoagulation Center: We provide monitoring and education for patients on blood thinners to prevent conditions such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or stroke.

How to obtain a copy of your medical records?

In order to obtain copies of your records or to authorize release of your medical records to another party, you must complete, sign and date an Authorization to Use and Disclose Protected Health Information form. To hand-deliver this form, visit any Rockwood Clinic location, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, or call 509-838-2531.

The ability to charge for copying of medical records, to cover the costs of labor and supplies, is mandated by the Washington State Legislature as outlined in RCW 70.02.

With My Health Rec, you can: 1 Privately view some pathology, radiology and lab results online. 2 Access health records such as immunizations, medications and allergies 3 View hospital records such as discharge summaries and notes about procedures, progress and consultations (including wound care, PT/OT/SLP, dietary, etc.) 4 Download health records (history and physical) to easily share with doctors 5 Save time by paying health bills online
