How do I connect to RMC’s health information management system?

If you do not have a user ID or password, please visit RMC's Patient Registration department (Patient Registration Entrance) or call 803-395-2901 or visit your RMC medical practice to request online access to your patient record. You will need to present a picture ID and a valid e-mail address to receive a user ID.

Mon-Fri 8:00 to 5:00 call 806-637-3551. By using Patient Portal, stay well informed of your own health. The Patient Portal is your instant access tool to your personal health information. With the Patient Portal you now have a secure way to access your medical history in the convenience of your own home and other medical facilities.
