No need to use the phone!

One of our most common patient complaints is that the phone system is often a hassle, due to high call volume (especially during peak hours). In the Patient Portal, you can set appointments, communicate with your providers, and even view your lab results, all without having to pick up the phone.

You can avoid unnecessary fees

To discourage no-shows, we charge a no-show fee. The Patient Portal makes it incredibly easy to cancel an appointment, especially when you realize late at night or during the weekend that you cannot make an appointment. It’s easy to forget to call our office by the time our office opens, and you end up being assessed a fee.
