You can now easily access upcoming appointment information, billing statements, and refill requests through our online patient portal by using the link below. If you have difficulty logging into the portal, please contact the front desk by emailing info@richmondcreativecounseling.com.
If they have not provided an email address they will not be able to access the portal.In order to establish proxy access you must complete an authorization form in person at Richmond University Medical Center in the medical records department.
You can also use the Patient Portal to access information for family members and individuals for whom you provide care if given permission. Also, the Patient Portal is completely secure, so you can be confident that your private information is protected.
Please contact your medical provider’s office for instructions on how to change or reset your patient portal password. Once you can log in to your patient portal, you’ll be able to make changes to your security question or access code.
All active A, B, J, Law and full-time MBA students at the University of Richmond are eligible for care at the Student Health Center. Student Health Center offers scheduled appointments and SpiderCare. SpiderCare provides same-day services as availability permits.
