How do I access the Richmond creative counseling patient portal?
You can now easily access upcoming appointment information, billing statements, and refill requests through our online patient portal by using the link below. If you have difficulty logging into the portal, please contact the front desk by emailing info@richmondcreativecounseling.com.
Why can’t my patient access the portal?
If they have not provided an email address they will not be able to access the portal.In order to establish proxy access you must complete an authorization form in person at Richmond University Medical Center in the medical records department.

Student Health Center offers scheduled appointments and SpiderCare. SpiderCare provides same-day services as availability permits. Does a clinican charge for a lab visit?
Billing and Health Insurance. Professional visits with a clinican or nurse incur no charge. There are charges for laboratory tests, immunizations, allergy injections and supplies for certain treatments. All charges are billed to the student account.
