At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
If they have not provided an email address they will not be able to access the portal.In order to establish proxy access you must complete an authorization form in person at Richmond University Medical Center in the medical records department.
To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.
Please contact your medical provider’s office for instructions on how to change or reset your patient portal password. Once you can log in to your patient portal, you’ll be able to make changes to your security question or access code.
All active A, B, J, Law and full-time MBA students at the University of Richmond are eligible for care at the Student Health Center. Student Health Center offers scheduled appointments and SpiderCare. SpiderCare provides same-day services as availability permits. Billing and Health Insurance. Professional visits with a clinican or nurse incur no charge. There are charges for laboratory tests, immunizations, allergy injections and supplies for certain treatments. All charges are billed to the student account.
