What is the ARHS patient portal?

Questions? We believe an informed patient is a healthier patient. Appalachian Regional Healthcare System (ARHS) offers a FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal that provides anywhere, anytime access to certain personal health records. During registration at an ARHS facility or practice, you will receive information regarding our patient portal.

How do I enroll in the Berkshire patient portal?

On February 1st of 2020, Berkshire Health Systems implemented a new Electronic Health Record system called Meditech Expanse, and as part of that, a new Berkshire Patient Portal. You can enroll in the Berkshire Patient Portal by receiving an email invite when you visit: Berkshire Medical Center & Fairview Hospital Physician Practices
