Patient Portal The My HealthPoint patient portal, offered by Raleigh General Hospital, is a convenient, secure health management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. It provides access to important information about you and your visit(s) to our hospital.
RGW’s doctors offer several hundred years of collective experience in diagnosing, treating and performing surgeries on the full range of retinal and macular diseases . They are acknowledged to be among the finest in the field and are frequently recognized with professional awards or asked to write articles or make presentations on a variety of industry subjects.
What distinguishes The Retina Group of Washington from any other Washington-area practice—and from most groups around the country—is the vast experience and sub-specialty expertise of our retinal physicians and surgeons, who are both local and national leaders in treating vitreoretinal diseases.
One of the many things we do to try and make your first visit to RGW a smooth and pleasant experience is to provide you with the various medical forms to fill out in advance of your visit.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all patients and visitors must wear a protective face mask at all times and adhere to proper hand hygiene. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our medical receptionist, who will take your temperature. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will not be permitted to enter.
Most of our patients are referred to us by other medical professionals, but we do accept all patients with retina problems. If you have been referred to us by a physician, please bring the Consultation Request Form since it provides a clear explanation of your eye problems as assessed by your referring physician.
The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.
MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way.
If your military hospital or clinic uses TOL, click here to log in: >>TRICARE Online
