Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

What is a patient portal?

Patient Portal is an Internet service that allows NJRETINA patients to have secure web-based access to select information contained in their electronic medical record and to communicate with their NJRETINA health care team.

Is a patient portal pin secure?

It is extremely important that you keep your Patient Portal PIN in a secure location and completely confidential. Anyone with access to your Patient Portal PIN will be able to view your personal medical information and communicate with your health care team as if that person were you.

WEST LONG BRANCH OFFICE

Located in the 2-story red brick building also housing Santander Bank. Parking is available in the rear. Monmouth Rd is also Route 71

MANALAPAN office

We are located in the "Meridian 195" building, just south of the Shell and Wendy's. There is also an entrance on Taylors Mills Rd, following the low "Wendy's" entrance signs. Some GPS/Map systems identify "Englishtown" others "Manalapan"
