How long is a portal inactive?

In order to reduce the risk of owning unused licenses, the portal automatically deactivates user accounts that have been inactive for more than 120 days. With this deactivation, the account assignment is also removed, which is why a user would experience the portal without any data.

How to know if your device is in a recall?

The best way to know if your device is included in the recall is to register your machine for the recall. During the registration process, Philips Respironics will either let you know your machine is not included in the recall, or provide you with a confirmation number.
