As of May 23, 2014 Riverview Medical Associates is offering our patients easy and secure access to their medical information online, so you can view your personal health record whenever and wherever you have access to the Internet!

How do I sign up for the patient portal?

To access the Patient Portal, please perform the following steps: Sign up for your username and password. Call us at 732-741-3600 and ask to be WEB ENABLED for the Portal. When you receive your credentials, you may click the botton below. The site will open in a new window, and you can enter your username and password.

What is MyChart?

MyChart is our new integrated secure patient portal, which replaces our existing patient portals, and provides you with the most up-to-date medical information. *Effective February 14th, 2017, the following Mount Auburn Hospital affiliated practices (listed below) will convert to Mount Auburn MyChart.
