Where is Regional Eye Optical located?

Regional Eye Optical is located just inside Regional Eye Center in Hutchinson, MN. We carry a large selection of designer frames, prescription and non-prescription lenses and sunglasses. Come in and see us – no appointment is needed.

What is the laser system for cataract surgery?

What is a Tecnis Symfony lens?

The first in a new category of intraocular lenses (IOLs), the Tecnis Symfony lenses are the only lenses in the United States that provide a full range of continuous high-quality vision following cataract surgery, while also mitigating the effects of presbyopia by helping people focus on near objects. Charles Sherrod, M.D

Dr Sherrod attended Louisiana Tech University for his undergraduate degree and medical school at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and Ophthalmology Residency at Louisiana Medical Center-University Hospital before joining The Regional Eye Center, PC.

Lance Brown, M.D

Dr Lance Brown attended Northeastern Oklahoma State University for undergraduate studies and Northeastern State University College of Optometry for his Doctor of Optometry degree. He went to medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

John Yuhas, M.D

Dr Yuhas attended the combined six-year undergraduate/Medical School program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He completed his internship and Ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City affiliated hospitals.

Chad Moore, O.D

Dr Moore completed his undergraduate degree at Northeastern Oklahoma State University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Northeastern Oklahoma State University-Tahlequah, OK where he graduated Number ONE in his graduating class before joining The Regional Eye Center, PC.

Marion Weston, O.D

Dr Weston received his undergraduate degree from Joplin Junior College and his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry. Dr Weston was in private practice Optometry in Neosho, MO for many years before joining The Regional Eye Center, PC. He sees patients in the Neosho, MO office.

Cataract Surgery

Our surgeons perform cataract surgery in our Medicare-approved ambulatory surgery center located adjacent to our office exam area. Regional Surgery Center, PC was the first free-standing Ambulatory Surgery Center in all of Southern Missouri opening in 1989.
