Where can I Find my medical records at Redlands Community Hospital?

Redlands Community Hospital Medical Records Services is located on the basement floor of the main hospital, across from the public elevators. Medical Records Services is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. You can request a copy of your medical records for your personal records or for a copy to be sent to another medical facility.

You can use your patient portal to manage all aspects of your health, from anywhere! Log in to securely chat with your doctor, view your records and test results, and request new appointments.
