How It Works

Call or click the request appointment button to request a telehealth (virtual) visit or house call. Your appointment request will be reviewed by a provider and you will receive an email or text confirming your requested time.

Call to request an appointment. After discussing your medical needs, we will determine whether a telehealth or home visit is best to address your concerns.

Step 2

You will receive an email and/or text message to complete patient registration forms prior to you r scheduled visit. #GetRedi for a Redicare medical provider to come to your selected location to provide in person care.

Home Visit

You will receive an email and/or text message to complete patient registration forms prior to your schedule visit. You will also receive a link to access your visit 15 minutes prior to your scheduled telehealth appointment. You may access your appointment from any convenient location of your choosing.

After your visit

After your visit, your prescription will be sent to your local pharmacy electronically. Visit information may be sent to your primary care provider (PCP) upon request. You can access your visit information through your patient portal after accepting the email invite sent to you for access.
