Just as our society was faced with navigating Covid-19, Red Rock quickly sprung into action and developed ways the clients could continue quality services uninterrupted. There was considerable nepotism on the job. The workload was high with little time for breaks. Many reckless decisions were made considering the welfare of management over the welfare of adolescent clients.

Is Red Rock a good job?

Red rock is a decent job if you don't plan on staying too long. The average employee is burned out after a few months and the turnover is very high. They failed at protecting staff from covid and it took multiple people quitting and complaining for them to finally have some good covid policies in place to protect us.

Who Are We?

A pharmacy provider in conjunction with two community mental health centers collaborated to develop Red Rock Pharmacy to provide medication and pharmacy services to mental health providers and their consumers throughout Oklahoma.

What We Do

Our focus at Red Rock Pharmacy is to offer true pharmacy partnerships. Co-ownership agreements are created in which both parties share an equity interest in an on-site pharmacy. Partners have the opportunity to customize all services to fit their needs. Pharmacy partners can select the name of the pharmacy.
